    A 1916 building I saw in 2016.

So this was during its joyous and rowdy hundredth anniversary celebration. A '16 building of major tires I saw in '16.

Yes 1916, according to the Ramsey County property tax website. I believe that property tax rates in a given jurisdiction should be set at whatever rate will sufficiently support the construction and maintenance of a website that will tell me the Erection Year of every building in the jurisdiction.
